The Cotswold Grange extends a warm welcome to all our guests. The hotel is in a conservation area and the building is locally listed which brings some design limitations to the services that can be reasonably offered. There is no lift in the hotel.
Prior to your arrival:
Enquiries and reservations may be made by phone or email.
Cheltenham Spa train station is approximately 10 minutes away by car, whilst the Bus Station on Royal Wells Road is only 5 minutes away by car.
We know several reliable taxi firms and can make a booking should you require a taxi to the hotel.

On arrival at the Hotel:
There is ample car parking at the front of the hotel.
Entrance in to the hotel and the reception area is by way of six steps.
Assistance with luggage can be provided.
Public Areas:
All staircases are well lit, carpeted, and have banister rails
All corridors are well lit and carpeted
The dining room and bar are on the same level as reception and are carpeted throughout.
A unisex WC is located opposite the reception
Bedrooms:
There are 18 steps down from the reception to the lower ground bedrooms, however separate access is available from the footpath outside via only 4 steps down.
There are 23 steps up from the reception to the first floor bedrooms.
There are a further 19 steps from the first floor to the second floor bedrooms.
There are no adapted bathrooms or grab rails.
Additional information:
Assistance dogs are welcome at all times. Guests must provide all bedding, bowls and food, and are responsible for pet conduct and cleanliness.
If you require assistance for evacuating please notify us on arrival.
